{Grace’s Cartier Poodle Pin}

Grace enjoyed whimsical animal brooches and the poodle pin was a clear favorite. It is said to have been studded with 270 diamonds in platinum. I believe the one in question is the one displayed on her Mondrian dress (in the center photo). Years ago, when I first took note of Grace’s love for the poodle pin, I thought they were all the same pin. On closer inspection, I think she may have had multiple poodle pins.
